Two girls are stuck in my mind.
M who takes an action whenever she wants.
Y who doesn’t have her opinion and follow her way.
They have known each other for 10 years.
I’m very impressed they play their roles and keep good relation ship…
Y is stuck in my mind.
When M says to want to do something, Y always agree with her.
I want to say to Y.
“Do you really want to do that? What is your opinion?
What do you want to do indeed? “
She came cross to me as playing “good person”.
Y is me…
I expected to be judged by everyone “I am good person” and didn’t want to be refused.
I have done whatever everyone wants and never said “no”.
But I felt lonely and didn’t get my satisfaction.
They supposed to think of me
“They didn’t understand what I thought, what I desired, etc.”
That’s why they went to share their problems to others, not me…
If I don’t reveal my real intension, they off course don’t do it, neither.
That means I just get the surface friends.
I have done meaningless.
I quit to play “good people” and reveal my real intension !!

Inner Child
Most of people hear the word "Inner child" no matter if we are interested in psychology or not.
What is "inner child”?
It is our original patterns of thoughts.
When did we make these?
Generally speaking, we had made these until we were 6 years old,
like how to deal with the human relationships and how to feel
when each situation is happened. (like basic OS of computer.)
What is the base for making these patterns ?
It is to make from thoughts against our own families in childhood.
When we are child, all of the world is family, especially, parents.
As we grow up, our world is shifted from family to school, company, society...
Then we grade up our inner child thorough many experiences and handle
in society with others well.
But, if you have problems now, you have the inner child that stays
with no version up in your mind.
That means your mind remains in your child thought , not growing enough.
This is the inner child that we are called in psycho therapy.
We advise you how to grow up your child thoughts !!

Dreams come true
My friend asked me why he is not become a rich man
although he have always thought to want to be…
There are 2 possible answers.
One is that his thought is not enough to become reality.
Another is he doesn’t want to get it indeed…
Why do you want to get a lot of money?
To be the better life
Buying house, taking care of parents, going travel etc.
What are you practically doing for it ?
Saving the money.
Looking for the jobs with better salary.
Buying lotto.
How much money do you save money per month ?
I don't know...
How do you look for the job ?
Checking the internet job site.
Why are buying lottos ?
I can't earn milion dollors except winning lotto.
???
Apparently, he seems not to think about getting money siriously...
If he really wants it, he have to make up his mind strongly and take an action.
(Our thought creat the current phenomenon, but need to take an action together!!)
Another thinng is here.
He thinks he can't earn a lot of money by hisself.
That means, even if he says to want money, it doesn't come true.
(Becase his deeper thought stops his way to get a lot of money.)
So, need to release this thought from his mind.
Then, imagin the future...

Doing the business.

We are normally afraid of new steps with many negative "if"
However, it is not meaningless...
(because negative thoughts lead to negative phenomenon
even though you haven't done anything. )
Draw the brighten future and make up your mid and step forward
to make dreams come true !!!

Wonderful word
I came across the wonderful sentence in the book.
"To be free. It is not to escape from something, but to be the boss of you "
What is freedom ?
When we are busy of your work or study,
many people think to go travelling to somewhere...
want to be released the situation.
But is to escape from it meant we get freedom ?
If we escape from something, we are not satisfied with this situation.
All things are made by you.
No need to escape from anything !!
If you are busy, it has some meanings
because result is your purpose.
To be free is to control your life by yourself.

Cleaning up
Recently, I feel like to do cleaning before I start to work.
I do nothing special, though...
Just open the office, wipe the tables, clean up the rubbish bin etc...
and my mind is gonna be working mode.
Then, I plan what I'm going to do during the day and can do it very efficiently.
Indeed, it is good not only to make room clean physically but to put your ideas in order.
If you can't start doing anything because you think about it too much,
Try it !!
It makes your mind very clean and clear and you can make it easily
I do nothing special, though...

Dexterous !?
Everyone often says to me
"Surprised that you can do everything !!"
I like to hear this kind of words.
I tend to learn something widely, not deeply.
One day, I think about it.
"Why do I keep doing something new when I feel some satisfied
after learing ?"
Am I capricious ?
Do I feel luck of satisfaction because of not new ?"
These reasons are correct, to some extend.
But rout of cauasality is
"Myself who don't want to take my responsibility."
I'm fear for the world after I have completed.
I have completed and to be a top and then, have to burden the responsiblity...
I fall down my possibility by myself...
This is really ridicurous, isnt it !?
So, I graduate from this stupid thought !
I make up my mind to take my resposibility for everything !
And I say to myself
"Don't be afraid, You have enogh ability to do it by yourself with resposibility !
New world you can create your life will be there."
